Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • Packaging: With tags still attached and in its original packaging.

  • Proof: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Step 1: Contact us at support.balancewear@gmail.com to request a return.

  • Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages, Issues & Exceptions

  • Damages upon Arrival: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for:

    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).

    • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

    • Personal care goods (beauty products).

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

    • Sale items or gift cards (All sales are final).

4. Exchanges & EU Regulations

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If the merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification (items must still meet the standard return eligibility criteria above).

5. Refunds Process

  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved.

  2. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

  3. Note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
