  • Damaged or Lost Packages: BALANCEWEAR is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the address provided was incorrect. If you receive your order damaged due to courier handling, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • BALANCEWEAR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
