Shipping Delivery

1. Delivery Areas

We offer shipping services within Vietnam and to selected international destinations. International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country's regulations and carrier services.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, or promotional periods.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders (Vietnam): 1–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

6. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures;
  • Severe weather conditions;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Public holidays or force majeure events.

8. Inspection and Damaged Goods

Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs.

9. Failed Delivery and Returned Shipments

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs charges, additional shipping and handling fees may apply before reshipment.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
